Entrepreneurs And The Future of Work: For Better Or For The Best? For example, now, an entrepreneurs can use Google, Bing, and other online search tools in addition to public libraries when conducting research. Afterward, they can easily save the gathered research data on their smartphones, ipads, netbook, and laptops. They save lots of time, money and effort whenever they do some work. What is the Future of Work? The future of work describes the possible image of any work in the future. Since it is needed to be seen in a futuristic way, it is usually taken as predictions based on the available data. Terms that will positively influence Future of Work Robotics - Robots (formerly known as automata) are said to be the future workers of the human race. These machines are capable of initiating different things, depending on their program and purpose. Robots can significantly positively impact work since they can efficiently perform repetitive jobs with ease. A robot can also do more work in a single day since it doesn't need much rest, compared to humans as long as it can work very well. Think of the value of robots for entrepreneurs as they come up with new ways to leverage technology to eliminate reliance on less efficient human labor for the benefit of consumers. All the while they are creating new high-value jobs to replace the old one! Blockchain - A term that is originally related to Bitcoins, a blockchain is an expanding record of data that is guarded by advanced cryptography. Nowadays, almost every company, Coca-cola being one of them, (Coca-Cola, U.S. State Dept to use blockchain to combat forced labor) is slowly integrating this system to distribute workloads more efficiently, fairly, and humanely. Another example is that many entrepreneurs, both old and new, seek flexible, reliable and affordable educational options to help them develop the skills and insights needed to launch their businesses. Some education startups are using blockchain tokens to offer video content, digital courses and personal coaching to aspiring entrepreneurs. In some countries, entreprenerus and already established businesses are using AI technologies instead of human resources in offering lightning-fast customer support service replacing old outdated. While this trend is happening creative entrepreneurs are creating new jobs with a future focus. Cryptocurrency - Instead of paper money, it is predicted that salaries will be done through the use of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoins, Litecoins, Ethereum, as well as other forms. This is because the awareness of cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoins, had an all-time rise in the past decade. Information Gathering - Because the future of work will require lots of data, it can be easily seen that intelligence or information gathering will get an all-time high. It is possible that every collected data such as personal information and medical history of every individual will be needed by the government as well as the businesses themselves. Self-driving Vehicles - In addition to faster cars, self-driving vehicles will influence the future of work. In this case, either robotics or AI technology will be integrated into such vehicles to make it possible. Future cabs won't need drivers anymore, effectively cutting work expenses as well as shortening travel timespan. Self driving vehicles may represent a seven trillion dollar market by 2050. There are already a handful of startups paving the way towards a driver-less future.
